GOOD NEWS FOR MATTRESS MANUFACTURERS

If you’re like most bedding companies, you’re binding your mattress ticks with a well-used Union Special 56300M, and probably getting tired of band-aiding and rebuilding them.

But no more!

Union Special has made these machines available once again, but with a new style number 56300MZ170. Except for the fact that the 56300MZ170 doesn’t include a binder folder, it’s identical to the 56300M you’ve relied upon for high production.

Some of the features of this single-needle, plain feed double locked stitch machine:

  • Sewing speeds up to 6000SPM
  • A high-throw crankshaft provides 5/16" of sewing capacity for sewing on medium to heavy weight materials
  • Automatic, totally enclosed lubrication

The 56300MZ170 also replaces the 51200BM, 51200BL, 51300BM and 56200L.
