With the new DNHTC Double Needle Hemmer with Transport Conveyor, you can switch fabrics as quickly as you switch folders. Folders are preset to your fabric and retain their settings, so you’re back in production in minutes. From the lightest knit to the heaviest fleece, the DNHTC is your hemmer for sleeves and body panels.

This amazing versatility comes with the highest productivity, too—the fully automated DNHTC can sew up to 400 dozen pair of sleeves per eight-hour shift.

The DNHTC features the patented Union Special® dynamic feeding Edge Guider to consistently align the piece before hemming—no trimming is necessary, so you save on  material costs. After sewing, the chain is automatically cut at the leading and trailing edges.
