Lighting The Way To Higher Quality

Manufacturers of  seamless knit garments, a new device from Union Special can help improve your quality and consistency—a small illuminated panel for the cloth plate.

The arm and leg opening markings that are knit into the material are clearly visible with this bright .75" x 1" electroluminescent panel. It fits on Union Special MF7602AC11 and FS332C11 machines, just ahead of the fabric trimmer and needles. The operator guides the material with the assurance of trimming the correct amount time after time. The result is the trimming/binding operation is speeded up, and consistency is improved.

This illuminated panel is available through your Juki Union Special distributor as kit number K74871. It attaches easily to the cloth plate and comes with everything you see here. Power requirements are 24V dc.

Manufacturers purchasing a new elastic binding C11 machine can include this illuminated panel as an option.
