Wipe clean all thread contact surfaces
and check for worn parts, nicks or burrs. Replace if necessary.
-
Before filling machine with oil, replace
all covers and filters and place on a level surface. To fill the machine
with oil, remove the rubber oil plug located on the top of the machine
and fill until the oil is at the top line on the oil sight gauge.
Whenever oil is changed it is important to use oil having the following
specs.
-
Once the machine has
been properly filled with oil, it is advisable to run the machine slowly
for a few moments to allow the oil to flow to critical areas. Also note
that while the machine is running oil must flow within the oil indicator
bubble located on the top of the machine.
-
It is recommended
that whenever the machine is not in use, it should be covered to prevent
any lint or contaminants from accumulating on or within open machine
areas. NE
