New rubber-tipped feed dogs are now offered for all Union Special® 36200 Flatseamers.  Main and differential feed dogs for flat part styles as well as stepped part styles are now in stock.

Also available is a special design flat main feed dog with rubber-tipped outer rows only, keeping the center two rows metal.

These parts have been designed by Union Special especially for the crotch-closing operation on one-piece knit tube women's panties, or other similar operations.  The smooth rubber surfaces of these feed dogs are superior for sewing delicate, lighter types of material.

Rubber Feed Dogs for Stepped Sewing Parts:

(Like the standard stepped 36200 feed dogs, these rubber-tipped feed dogs have a .050" (1.2mm) raised section to the right of the needles.)
