IMPROVED OIL RETURN
PUMP
on 63900's
A new, higher capacity oil return
pump is now being installed on all Union Special® 63900 class
machines, beginning with serial number BL1837741.
This pump uses the very successful design
from the CS and FS Series machines but with modifications to fit the
63900.
This improvement allows oil to
immediately begin siphoning upon machine startup and continues until the
machine is stopped. The length of the sewing cycle does not
effect the siphoning action of the pump, making it ideal for any
operation, no matter how short or long. Excess oil from the sewing head
is returned back into the oil reservoir.
To upgrade machines in the field,
Union Special Corp. has made a kit available for purchase. This kit,
part number 29480AZK, is a retrofit pump to fit all styles of 63900
machines which use the 63494D oil siphon system, and includes a
planograph with simple how-to instructions. |
