Several technical improvements to BC100 Series bag closing machine have recently been implemented by Union Special.  These improvements apply to all styles that have serial numbers beginning with the letters HM.

The front cover design has been improved to include an access hole. The needle bar can now be adjusted without the cover being removed.

A filter housing cover is now manufactured into the rear of the machine to access the internal in-line oil filters, avoiding the need to remove the front cover.

An external in-line oil filter kit is available to retrofit onto these improved BC machines*, to super-clean the oil of fine powder that may get taken up into the oil. Ask your Union Special bag machine distributor for kit number 29480BDS.
