NEW NEEDLE DIPPER
FOR CS100 MACHINES

A needle dipper kit for CS100 machines with serial number BH~ and later is now set up and available as an extra send and charge item.*

This kit, Needle Dipper Assembly Kit 29480AZW, consists of the following:

• 1-29480AZV Needle Dipper Assembly

• 1-50325AN Rear Needle Guard

• 1-SS8090540SP Screw

To install Kit 29480AZW, replace the old rear needle guard 50325AN with the new guard. Then change the existing set screw with screw SS8090540SP in the rear needle guard holder. Finally, install the needle dipper assembly and fill the wick area with Union Special^® Silicone Oil 28604W.

* For CS100 machines before serial number BH~ (such as BG~, ZA~, AC~, etc.), Needle Dipper Assembly 29480ARS is available.
