If you would like to submit a Profile of a company or business in an upcoming issue of The Needle's Eye please follow these simple submission guidelines.

• Must use or provide services for Union Special and Juki Union Special products.
• Provide pre-formatted text and information in either Word (.doc) or HTML format.
• Text must be proofread and ready for us to upload to The Needle's Eye website.¹
• Provide us with a few images so we can see what applications you are using our products.
• Images should be prepared for web using: (.jpg) or (.gif) format and 72dpi resolution.²
• If sending Original Work for us to scan and compose please also send a Self Addressed
  Stamped Envelope so we can return it to you.  Otherwise all work will be retained. 

After submitting your company information we will contact you via email or by phone, and provide you with a tentative date as to when your profile will be published and answer any questions at that time.

¹Under our discretion we reserve the right to edit or not publish any article.  ² You may send us hardcopy versions of images text and we will convert them into digital format for you, but please do not send original copies as they will not be returned.

If you would like to advertise your company on a quarterly¹ basis with The Needle's Eye website you may utilize a banner and a text link² to your website.  Please follow the guidelines below.

• Banner may be Animated or Static.
• Banner size should be no more than 468 x 60 (W x H) in pixels.
• Compressed formats of (.jpg) or (.gif) at 72dpi resolution.
• Complete information (URL) for linking to your website.

Along with the above guidelines we ask in exchange that we have permission to advertise with a banner and/or text link on your company website if available.  When submitting your company banner we will contact you via email or by phone with a confirmation and answer any questions at that time.

¹ The provided "banner" will stay on The Needle's Eye website for a duration of 3 Months or as designated by submitter.  ² The "text link" will continue to stay on The Needle's Eye website for a minimum of 1 year.
